Automated Guided Fork Lift (AGF).
A proof of concept for an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) forklift that aligns with SEW-Eurodrive’s existing AGV family has been developed.
Lifelong Mapping Software: The AGV remains in production during the map updating process, ensuring continuous operation and maximizing productivity.
Pallet Detection System: This system identifies pallets and assesses their accessibility and orientation for pickup. It assists in pickup operations while also rejecting unsafe requests.
Load Detection System: Once a pallet is confirmed as suitable for pickup, the load detection system evaluates the load on top of the pallet. It ensures that the load’s condition is appropriate for pickup, calculates its geometric center, and adjusts the AGV’s fork position horizontally to facilitate a precise and safe operation.
Palitronica.
A new testing method for electronic printed circuit boards (MOVIMOT printed circuit board BG2), components, and products using RF signals and machine learning has been developed. This innovative testing method represents a significant advancement in the quality control of electronic products, ensuring higher reliability and performance across various applications

MHA & MLA Remote Demonstration.
At the heart of this new lab is the innovative collaboration between the Mobile Handling Assistant (MHA) and the Mobile Logistics Assistant (MLA). This system facilitates seamless coexistence between humans and robots by creating unguarded yet safe working areas for both. The integration allows for efficient, uninterrupted operations that mirror the future of industrial automation.
The demonstration will highlight the seamless remote collaboration between teams across continents and showcase the precision of the robots in executing commands. This innovative approach emphasizes the capabilities of modern technology in facilitating effective communication and operational efficiency, regardless of geographical barriers.
